This ambitious expansion is fueled by the organization's unwavering commitment to empowering youth and fostering community cohesion through the innovative and inclusive sport of 3x3 basketball.

Since its inception, 3X3 Unites has cultivated a robust ecosystem within the sport, seamlessly integrating basketball, music, leadership, and cooperation. This multifaceted approach not only attracts diverse audiences but also offers multiple avenues for youth engagement and development​​​​.

In Copenhagen, 3X3 Unites has already made significant strides. The collaboration with Streetball København and B3B Basket has brought the 3X3 Leader Course to the city, transforming local youth into community leaders and role models​​. This initiative has created a vibrant community space where young people can connect, learn, and grow both on and off the court.

The next phase for 3X3 Unites in Copenhagen involves scaling up their activities to reach more neighborhoods and engage a broader audience. The "Empowered by 3x3" project, co-financed by the European Union, is a testament to this commitment. The project aims to build tight-knit local communities around 3x3 basketball, leveraging the sport as a tool for social impact across Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands​​.

In Copenhagen, the first cohort of 3X3 Leaders has already demonstrated remarkable success, organizing events and fostering a sense of community at Mimersparken. This grassroots approach ensures that the benefits of 3x3 basketball extend beyond physical activity, contributing to personal development and community building​​. Second event in Street Under Byen was even more successful with even higher number of participants.
